• Actual protection may vary based on installation and use conditions

3.2 Intended Use

• Not misuse or alter products in ways that compromise safety
• Follow all installation and maintenance guidelines
• Not resell products without authorization

3.3 Professional Installation

4. Ordering and Acceptance

• Grant-funded orders: Subject to grant terms and conditions

• Limit quantities
• Discontinue products
• Refuse service to anyone

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Prices

• All prices are in U.S. dollars
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Custom quotes are valid for 30 days
• Institutional pricing may vary from published prices

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

• ACH transfers (for institutional orders)
• Purchase orders (qualified institutions)

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, except for white glove delivery services.

• Signature is required for all deliveries

• Report damage within 48 hours

Certain products may be subject to export controls. You agree not to export products in violation of U.S. export laws.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Return Policy

Due to the security nature of our products:

• Custom products are non-returnable unless defective
• Standard products: 30-day return period (unused condition)
• 25% restocking fee will apply
• Original packaging required

7.2 Defective Products

We will replace or refund defective products within warranty period at no cost to you.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

• Bulletproof curtains: 5-year limited warranty
• Mechanical components: 2-year warranty
• Electronic components: 1-year warranty
• Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship

8.2 Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized modifications
• Acts of nature or war

8.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES STATED ABOVE, PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8.4 Protection Disclaimer

NO BALLISTIC PRODUCT CAN GUARANTEE 100% PROTECTION. PROTECTION LEVELS ARE BASED ON LABORATORY TESTING UNDER CONTROLLED CONDITIONS. ACTUAL PERFORMANCE MAY VARY.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Limitations

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUST BULLETPROOF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES
• LOSS OF DATA OR USE
• PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH
• DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT

9.2 Essential Purpose

THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY EVEN IF ANY REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Just Bulletproof, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of products
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or rights of third parties
• Inaccurate information you provide

11. Intellectual Property

Additional terms apply to government purchases, including compliance with applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency-specific requirements.

23. Electronic Communications

You consent to receive electronic communications from us. Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement for written communications.

24. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

26.3 Installation Services

• Separate installation agreement required
• Installation must be scheduled within 90 days of delivery
• Rescheduling subject to availability and fees
