JustBulletproof is an authorized distributor of ballistic protection products. All products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, which we facilitate on your behalf.

Manufacturer Warranties by Product Type

Bulletproof Curtains:

• Manufacturer Warranty: 5 years on ballistic materials
• 2 years on mechanical components
• 1 year on motorized systems

Backpack Inserts:

• Manufacturer Warranty: 5 years on ballistic protection
• 2 years on carrier materials

Vehicle Protection:

• Manufacturer Warranty: 3 years on ballistic materials
• 1 year on installation hardware

Our Role in Warranty Claims

We Provide:

• Initial warranty claim assessment
• Communication with manufacturer
• Claim submission assistance
• Replacement product sourcing
• Expedited shipping coordination

We Do Not:

• Manufacture products
• Modify warranty terms
• Approve/deny warranty claims (manufacturer decision)
• Perform warranty repairs

Warranty Claim Process

1. Contact us within 30 days of discovering defect

• Provide: Order number
• Photos/videos of issue
• Description of problem
• Installation documentation (if applicable)
• We will: Submit claim to manufacturer within 48 hours
• Provide claim reference number
• Update you on manufacturer's decision
• Coordinate replacement shipping

• Improper installation
• Modifications to products
• Use beyond design specifications
• Failure to maintain products
• Damage from neglect or abuse
